Q1. How long is the shelf life of your products?
A1. It is recommended to enjoy within 7-10 days after picking up the goods.

Q2. How to store?

-Handmade rose/peony moon cakes: refrigerated in Xuezangge (0°C-4°C)
-Liuxin Handmade Mooncakes: Store in an air-conditioned room temperature (25°C), please avoid direct sunlight and humid environments, and store at room temperature.

Q3. Why does my product look different from the picture?
A3. All our products are handmade by our masters, and the results may be different, but we will try our best to ensure that the quality of the products are maintained and meet the production standards. If you have any doubts, please contact us.

Q1. What are the payment methods?
A1. We accept online payment by credit card, and the payment process will be done through Paypal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and other transactions.

Q2. What is the maximum daily order limit?
A2. There is no order limit, while stocks last. If you order more than 100 boxes, please contact us by phone or email, and we will arrange for you separately.

Q3. How to cancel a subscription?
A3. After the customer confirms the order and payment, it cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.

A4. The withdrawal date for 2021 will start on August 30

Q6. What should I do if I fail to pick up the cake on the original date?
A6. If you fail to pick up the moon cakes on the appointment date, you must pick up the moon cakes within the next day of that date; if you do not pick up the moon cakes after the deadline, no refund will be given.

Q7. Can I return the goods after picking up the cake?
A7. Please check the goods when you pick up the mooncakes. If you have any questions, please submit a replacement immediately. The goods cannot be returned or exchanged after they go out.
