Q1. Does the product provide overseas shipping?
A1. We support oversea shippings to Macau and Mainland China which below 20 boxes. If you need any further information, please contact us via our CS Hotline.

Q2. Where are the available locations for local delivery?
Q2. Our local delivery service basically include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. if you want to ship to any remoteness areas or restricted areas please contact us for further arrangment.
Remote/special areas:
Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Chek Lap Kok, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Ping Chau, Outlying Islands (including but not limited to: Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, Pui O, etc.)

Q1. How long is the shelf life of mooncakes?
A1.
- Handmade Rose Mooncake: Best before 14th October, 2025.
- Lava Handmade Mooncakes: Best before 12th October, 2025.

Q2. Storage method?
A2.
- Handmade Rose Mooncake: Refrigerate in refrigerator (0°C - 4°C) or refrigeration lower condition -18°C
- Lava Handmade Mooncakes: Refrigeration in air-conditioned room temperature (25°C). Please avoid direct sunlight and humid environment, and store at room temperature.

Q3. Does our Handmade Floral Mooncakes vegetarian friendly?
A3. Our Handmade Floral Mooncakes does not contains meat, gelatin and lard ingredients but contain salted egg yolk. 

Q4. What does the crust of handmade floral mooncake made of?
A4. The crust part of handmade flower mooncakes is made of almond and white bean paste.

Q5. Why does my product look different from the picture?
A5. Our products are handmade by our pastrys chefs, the appearance of the pastries may vary, but we promise to try our best to ensure the quality of the products and meets our production standards. If you have any doubts, please contact us.

Q1. What payment methods are available?
A1. We accept online payment by credit card, the payment process will be through Shop Pay, Paypal or Google Payments conduct. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Alipay, AlipayHK, American Express, Union Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and more.

Q2. Is there any order limit per day?
A2. There is no order limit, while stocks last. If you wish to make a bulk order (more than 50 boxes), please contact us through phone or email, and we will get back to you ASAP for discussing further arrangement.

Q3. Can I cancel an order?
A3. After the customer confirms the order and payment, it cannot be changed, canceled or refunded.

Q4. When can mooncakes be picked up?
A4. The pick-up date for Lava Handmade Mooncakes in 2025 will start from 8th September ;Handmade Rose Mooncake by 17th September. The redemption period ends before Mid-Autumn Festival (5th October).

Q5: How to redeem our mooncakes?
A5: Customers can use our electronic coupons to pick up the products in person at the 3 redemption centers. Order of $1000 or above can arrange local delivery for free with one address. The details ofour Redemption Centres are shown as follows:

Q6. What should I do if I fail to pick up the cake on the original date?
A6. You need to pick up the mooncakes within the redemption date (that is, on or before 5 October 2025). Please note that e-coupons are invalid after the expiry date and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Payments made are non-refundable.

Q7. I want to return the product after picking up the cake, is that possible?
A7. We kindly ask customers to check the products when collecting the mooncakes. If there are any issues, please raise them immediately for an exchange. Once the goods have left the premises, they cannot be returned or exchanged. For delivery order, please contact our Customer Service within 2 days if there is any issues.
