Our craftsman uses the Korean flower craftsmanship to shape the graceful and luxurious pink flower pie crust. The taste is loose and has a light almond fragrance. It is all made with a low-sugar formula, which is healthy and delicious. Sesame Mochi Flavour, with the application of local sesame, each bite deliver a dense flavor of sesame with the combination of chewy mochi. Peanut Custard Mochi, the combination of peanut, custard, and mochi, provided a rich texture of three when you consume the mooncake with each bite. Japanese Earl Grey, each bite is filled with rich ,mellow and elegant aroma of earl grey tea, you can feel the hidden taste of citrus by each bite, enjoying it's fine layers and texture
Considering the complexity of crafting process , and the efforts of our bakery craftsman. Lune de Blossom is conceived the concept of "greenhouse flowers", developed the gorgeous mooncake box hamper, which is noble and elegant as a nice gift option during Mid-Autumn Festival.
Recommended consumption and storage methods: It must be refrigerated below 0-4°C and can be stored for 14 days, stored for 30 days when frozen below -18°C. Thaw at room temperature and consume immediately. Highly suggest to bake it in the oven at 130°C for 3-5 minutes before serving, or reheat it in the microwave over medium heat for 40 seconds to one minute. No preservatives, please consume as soon as possible.
